Ways to recover deleted files and folders:

Files are the collection of information or data which has a name called as file name. Different types of files are there like program files, text files, directory files, system files etc. Files are kept in folders which can be called as a virtual container to hold huge number of files together. Files of same type can be stored in one folder in order to keep the data organized so that you can easily access them. You can also create folders inside a folder which are called as subdirectories, subfolders or child of the main folder. Together all the folders form folder tree structure or folder hierarchy. You can also keep your private folders safe from anyone’s access by using folder lock or protecting them with password. You can also compress files of large size into a small zipped file which will occupy less disk space. Sometimes Windows OS also automatically deletes some previously deleted files from the Recycle Bin to maintain free space in it

Steps to recover deleted folder and files:

Stpe-2: Then click on “Recover Deleted Files” to retrieve deleted files from particular partition / driveas shown in Fig 2 below

Step 3: After selecting the logical drive from which you have lost particular files / folders click on “Next” as shown in Fig 3 below

Step-4: After the scanning is completed you’ll be able to view all the rescued data by the software on the basis of which you have to evaluate the recovery results as shown in Fig 4 below
